By John Cosens Yikes! What a job market we have these days. Business opportunity from home is the only way to go for many.
For many this is a major pain and they would just rather work their job, staying in their comfort zone. For many, this is a blessing and perhaps their only chance to break out of that job, out of that trap we call employment. For the people looking for a business opportunity from home I would bring to your attention that MLM, otherwise known as network marketing isn't what it used to be. For many of you, MLM marketing might just be the answer you have been looking for. See, I'm a big proponent of multilevel marketing. I began in this industry over 12 years ago and I must say it's the only thing I've ever made any real money at. It' the only way I have been able get into the six-figure range. Does this idea conflict with your current concept of MLM marketing? Things aren't what they used to be. And MLM marketing has changed with the times. That old-school model passed down by up-lines stuck in 1977 has gone by the wayside. I can hardly go on Facebook in current times without someone telling me about some new opportunity. There are more great new business opportunites around this days than I have ever seen You know, I can't remember any time in the last twelve years, or any time I had heard of before that when there was such a wide array of business opportunity from home. I researched a bit and I discovered that, about 1400 new home businesses started each week and the home based business industry is doing roughly $430 billion per annum. The numbers for many MLM marketing companies are climbing fast. It happens during recessions. People get motivated. Records are being broken. There is one company that has recruited over 300,000 new distributors since last January. Whoa. For those of you looking for a business opportunity from home I do understand what that is like and I also know there are a million pages of BS out there in cyberspace that you will find. Being a guy who has been in the MLM industry since 1998, and who has sponsored over 4000 people, I can tell you that it is a legitimate and viable game. I can tell you that the negative, fixed ideas people generally have, result from a few isolated cases from years and years ago. That, and the lack of motivation and ambition of the average working man. I have seen first hand what it takes to make it in network marketing and honestly, it is nothing different from what it takes to have success in any business. Starting and building a business is hard work. And they work hard. It takes a lot of energy, time and usually money to get a business started an running with profit. It is not easy. The best organizations are the the ones that are dedicated and tough. Anyone who under the belief that what they're going to do is plug in to a program for a small amount of money and by magic they are going to be making six-figures is kidding themselves. Maybe that's why so many persons have a negative opinion on MLM as a business opportunity from home. The famous enticement of network marketing for a vast number of people is the low investment needed to get going. I was thinking about one of our larger banks. What we have is a a group of approximately nine people, each of which making many multiple millions of dollars a year, but there are 40,000 staff all struggling every single month to cover their expenses. Sounds like a usual business to me. The MLM business is no different. There will always be leaders and workhorses. And there will be the complacent and lazy as well. But I can promise you that if you have ambition, and a willingness to study, that this is the best time in the history of this planet to embark upon and MLM opportunity. The technology and trainiing materials, and persons willing to help are abundant. The internet has changed the entire game and we can now do business from our apartment at 5 :00am. So, if you are one of the individuals downtrodden by this down time in the economy you may want to look into this industry. It is producing wealth. It is not so awfully challenging to learn.
